Peachy Oatmeal

Ingredients

½ cup gluten-free oats
1 cup milk (dairy or dairy-free)
1 tablespoon organic honey
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 pinch of sea salt
1 peach, pitted and diced
2 tablespoons toasted chopped pecans or sunflower seeds
Directions
Add oats, milk, honey, protein powder, salt, and peach to a medium pot over medium heat.
Bring to a simmer, then cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the oats are well-cooked and thickened. Serve topped with pecans, then enjoy.
