Peachy Oatmeal

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • ½ cup gluten-free oats

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or dairy-free)

  • 1 tablespoon organic honey

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

  • 1 peach, pitted and diced

  • 2 tablespoons toasted chopped pecans or sunflower seeds

Directions

  • Add oats, milk, honey, protein powder, salt, and peach to a medium pot over medium heat.

  • Bring to a simmer, then cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the oats are well-cooked and thickened. Serve topped with pecans, then enjoy.
