Garlic Steak Tips
These garlic steak tips are so easy and quick to make and perfect for dinner and leftover lunch. You need good quality grass-fed steak, salted butter, garlic, and some seasoning.
Ingredients
One tablespoon of grass-fed butter
Ten whole garlic cloves
1 pound beef tenderloin or ribeye steak, sliced into 1” cubes
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
Add butter to a large skillet over medium-low heat. When hot, add the garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until light golden brown.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the garlic to a small bowl. Set the bowl aside.
Return the pan to the heat and increase heat to medium-high. When hot, add the steak tips and season to taste. Sear undisturbed for 3 minutes or until golden brown underneath. Flip tips over and cook until the other side is golden brown or cooked to your liking.
Remove from the heat, then stir in the reserved garlic.
Tips:
Make sure your steak has been 20 minutes at room temperature before cooking.
Don't cook the garlic for more than 15 seconds to avoid burning and bitterness.
Store any leftovers in a sealed container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Enjoy!
