Garlic Steak Tips

These garlic steak tips are so easy and quick to make and perfect for dinner and leftover lunch. You need good quality grass-fed steak, salted butter, garlic, and some seasoning.

Ingredients

  • One tablespoon of grass-fed butter

  • Ten whole garlic cloves

  • 1 pound beef tenderloin or ribeye steak, sliced into 1” cubes

  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Add butter to a large skillet over medium-low heat. When hot, add the garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until light golden brown.

  • Use a slotted spoon to transfer the garlic to a small bowl. Set the bowl aside.

  • Return the pan to the heat and increase heat to medium-high. When hot, add the steak tips and season to taste. Sear undisturbed for 3 minutes or until golden brown underneath. Flip tips over and cook until the other side is golden brown or cooked to your liking.

  • Remove from the heat, then stir in the reserved garlic.

Tips:

  • Make sure your steak has been 20 minutes at room temperature before cooking.

  • Don't cook the garlic for more than 15 seconds to avoid burning and bitterness.

  • Store any leftovers in a sealed container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Enjoy!
